These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to the Entrio360 marketing website and use of the Entrio360 online admission management platform (“Platform”, “Service”). By accessing our website, requesting a demo, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution. A separate subscription or service agreement with your institution may also apply and will prevail in case of conflict.
1. About the service
Entrio360 provides cloud-based software for educational institutions to manage online admissions, including student login portals, custom application forms, document uploads, fee collection (via Razorpay), reporting, CRM webhooks, and related tools. Features available to your institution depend on your subscription plan and configuration.
2. Eligibility
- Institution accounts must be created and managed by authorised representatives of a legitimate school, college, university, or related organisation.
- Student/applicant accounts must provide accurate information and use the portal only for genuine admission purposes.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an institution staff account, or have appropriate institutional authorisation.
3. Accounts & access
- Institutions are responsible for safeguarding staff login credentials and assigning appropriate roles to users and agents.
- Students typically authenticate using mobile OTP; institutions should communicate expected login behaviour to applicants.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account or suspected security incident.
- We may suspend access to protect the Platform, other users, or if we reasonably suspect violation of these Terms.
4. Institution responsibilities
Subscribing institutions agree to:
- Provide accurate institution details, branding, course information, and fee configurations.
- Publish their own privacy notice and admission policies to applicants.
- Ensure application forms and document requirements comply with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
- Review applications fairly and use applicant data only for legitimate admission purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of Razorpay and integration credentials configured in the Platform.
- Pay applicable subscription fees and usage charges as per your agreement with Entrio360.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
- Upload malware, offensive content, or material that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to bypass security, access other tenants’ data, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with Platform infrastructure without written consent.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited marketing unrelated to admissions.
6. Applicant & student use
Applicants use an institution’s branded portal subject to that institution’s admission rules. Application fees paid through the Platform are collected for the institution via Razorpay. Refund and admission decisions are the institution’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Fees & payments
- Platform subscription fees are billed as per your institution’s agreement with Entrio360.
- Application and other fees collected from students are processed through Razorpay under the institution’s merchant account.
- Entrio360 is not responsible for Razorpay outages, chargebacks, or payment disputes between applicants and institutions.
- Taxes, if applicable, are handled as specified in your commercial agreement.
8. Intellectual property
Entrio360, its logos, software, documentation, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. Institutions retain ownership of their branding, course content, and applicant data. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform during your subscription term.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for purposes related to the Service. Applicant data must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and your institution’s policies.
10. Availability & support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime. Support channels and response times depend on your subscription level and active service agreement.
11. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee admission outcomes, applicant quality, payment success rates, or compatibility with every third-party system. Institutions remain responsible for admission decisions and regulatory compliance.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entrio360 and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the fees paid by the institution to Entrio360 in that period, unless a higher limit is set in a written agreement.
13. Indemnity
Institutions agree to indemnify and hold Entrio360 harmless from claims arising from their content, admission practices, misuse of applicant data, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law — except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate per the institution’s service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Platform may cease; data export and retention will be handled as per your agreement and our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause in a separate institution agreement.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
